“Black Voices from the Ivory Tower” Screening and Q&A with Dr. Khalid White 10:00 – 12:00 pm | Newman Auditorium, Emeritus Hall Black Voices from the Ivory Tower is a documentary film that captures the collective experiences of Black students, staff, and faculty in CA’s systems of higher education. Surviving 2020’s global pandemic and racial reckoning offers the Black voices a unique vantage point for campuses and colleges. This vantage point enables them to offer best practices, practical steps, and solutions to advance cultural equity, inclusion, and belonging in higher education. |

You have access to local organizations actively supporting the Black business community in the North Bay area. There will be prize giveaways (donated by local Black businesses and sponsored through NBCC) and plenty of fun! |
